The air compressor is a special machine used to increase the pressure of the gas to facilitate transportation and increase the pressure energy of the gas to meet the needs of the production process or power equipment. The traditional piston compressor is controlled by a pressure relay, and the compressor motor is generally started by direct start or traditional step-down start, and the electrical and mechanical impact is relatively large when starting. In addition, the compressor has defects such as large fluctuations in air supply pressure, frequent start and stop of the compressor motor, easy damage, high noise, fast wear of parts, large maintenance volume, and high maintenance cost in practical applications.
The frequency conversion control system of the air compressor is composed of a frequency converter, a pressure sensor and a control indicating circuit.
During the working process, the pressure sensing device is used to detect the pressure of the pipe network, and the analog signal reflecting the output pressure is transmitted to the frequency converter by the detection and display instrument. Then compare the feedback signal with the set signal, use the internal PID to automatically adjust the output frequency, and realize the automatic adjustment of the compressor motor speed and output power, thereby forming a closed-loop feedback system to keep the pipe network pressure constant and realize automatic control.
