Air end: The world’s high-quality screw machine has high efficiency and low speed. The rotor adopts the third generation 5:6 tooth profile and the world’s best profile design. It has the characteristics of low noise, low energy consumption, low maintenance cost, high reliability and service life.
Motor: Special motor for low-speed compressor, SKF bearings, insulation grade F, protection grade IP54 to ensure trouble-free operation. The efficiency is 3-5% higher than similar products. The direct-connected model uses 1:1 direct rotation without adding a speed-increasing gear. It has the characteristics of a large main engine, low speed, low noise, reliable operation, and long service life.
Oil Filter: The spin-on oil filter uses high-end materials for aviation filtration. The effect is 20% higher than that of conventional filter elements, effectively extending the normal service life of the main engine.
Intake valve: Advanced design of the intake valve, intake adjustment range 0-100%, capacity adjustment valve adjustment, small pressure loss, stable action and long life.
Air Filter: Designed with high dust holding capacity and low flow resistance, it can filter out tiny solid particles in the air, with a dust removal effect of 99.5%, ensuring the normal operation and economical service life of each component of the system.
Cooler: It adopts an extra-large heat exchange surface design to improve cooling efficiency and effectively prevent the machine from high temperatures. The inner wall is anti-corrosion treated to adapt to more severe working conditions and extend its service life.
Axial flow fan: low speed fan with longer life. The cooler and fan can be disassembled independently, providing 20% cooling margin. The best combination can meet the ambient temperature of 50℃.
